Our Associates

Renae started working as an office assistant at Gleason Financial Group in 2008.  Since then, her title and scope of responsibilities have changed, but her attention to detail and ability to multi-task continue to earn her raves from clients and professional partners alike.  In many ways, she's the glue that holds us together.

Renae lives near Cedar Falls, IA.  She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, camping in her RV, and traveling throughout North America.

KD joined the Gleason Financial Group team in 2019 after three decades at the John Deere Corporation, where she served in administration, accounting, purchasing and production control.  She excels at providing digital marketing support to ensure efficient and smooth connections with current and potential clients. The entire team benefits from her hard work and excellent organizational skills.

KD and her husband, Jerry, capture life in the Cedar Valley through their photography business and hobbies.  A life-long learner, KD likes to say that "every day is a school day."  It's a motto she truly lives by and we value her contribution to our staff.
