For nearly two decades, Cindy has been coaching her clients toward wealth using a values-based financial planning strategy. She has differentiated herself from other financial planners by working through a process rather than selling products. She is adamant that discovering clients' core values, objectively analyzing their current investments and providing them a say in all aspects of the building of their financial structure is imperative.

Cindy is committed to providing top quality products and services to each and every one of her clients. That may explain why she is honored to work with some third-generation clients in her independent financial planning practice.

Cindy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certificant, a Chartered Financial Consultant, holds both Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is licensed to provide life, accident and health insurance in Iowa.

Cindy is also one of just a handful of Certified Divorce Financial Analysts™ in the state of Iowa and provides advanced financial analysis for individuals contemplating or entering the divorce process. She is also a trained Mediator. These services are separate and distinct from Gleason Financial Group and only available through a separate organization known as Gleason Resource Group.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S. which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification reqruirements.
